Building leadership and sustainability is the fundamental goal of this environmental and business project.

"Ayana" is the name of the natural soap enterprise of the Ayampe school.

With this project, the 6th and 7th-grade girls and boys make handmade soaps, made from natural products from their own locality, in order to promote the consumption of products that do not pollute the water and at the same time generate income for their school.

Throughout the process, the pupils acquire various personal, social, and environmental skills, as well as initiative, innovation, responsibility, and teamwork. They are accompanied and motivated by teachers and mothers.

This experience provides the necessary tools to create responsible businesses that promote sustainable trade and community development.
